Greetings!

The digging season will quickly pick up as we are in the midst of preparations to better serve our digging communities, when the time comes. We realize software is just one of the items that needs to be considered in the overall service offering you put forward to excavators and homeowners. That is why we will offer articles and opinions on other topics than software in the coming issues of this newsletter. Stay tuned...

We appreciate the time you take on this newsletter. Regardless of size, TelDig's technology can help you save money and improve operations. Partly owned by a Gas Utility, TelDig understands the business and the concerns for a safe and stable product. TelDig covers the ticket's entire cycle with feedback: from the One Call Center to the Locator in the field and back.

·  Search voice recordings by using only the ticket number

TelDig Systems has partnered with Novo Technologies, producer of digital voice recording software, to fully integrate voice recording with TelDig One Call. The result will allow users to easily search voice recordings by ticket number.

·  TelDig's annual one call User Group meeting wraps up a successful year

TelDig Systems completed its fiscal year by hosting all its TelDig One Call customers in Quebec City for its annual One Call User Group meeting. Four (4) new One Call Centers joined the list of Customers: Diggers Hotline from Wisconsin, Rogers Locate Services and Ontario One Call from Ontario as well as Saskatchewan First Call from the same Province. TelDig now counts 10 One Call Centers using its TelDig One Call system.

The annual event provides product development guidelines and priorities with the direct collaboration of TelDig's customers as well as important networking contacts amongst TelDig' customers.
