Greetings!
TelDig is constantly upgrading its products and
creating new ones to improve your operations and
reduce your costs. In this newsletter, we are
presenting some of our new software products.
Our R & D team works with the active involvement
of our customers, preventing blind development
of useless features and gadgets.
Regardless of size, TelDig's technology can help
you save money and improve operations. Partly
owned by a Gas Utility, TelDig understands the
business and the concerns for a safe and stable
product. TelDig covers the ticket's entire cycle
with feedback: from the One Call Center to the locator in the field and back.

TelDig OneCall's users group hosted by BC One Call in 2006 |
|
|
TelDig's
OneCall customers will meet again next January.
This season's annual event will be hosted by BC
One Call and held in Vancouver. The TelDig OneCall Users Group meeting is an important element
of TelDig's product development philosophy. The
event is key in building the vital synergy
between TelDig's development/support departments
and its OneCall customers.
TelDig's staff and the attendees will work
together to identify new developments, establish
timetables in order to deliver on time and share
costs.

Can damage
prevention data be useful somewhere else? |
|
|
Dig
requests start, usually, with work to be done on
buried facility either because of damages,
extentions or to layout new plant. Can other utility processes profit from dig request and/or
ticket information? Think of claims management,
excavator assignment and management, resource
planning, engineering and public information to
name a few. It's even better if the information
is captured directly in the field.
TelDig is working on a new series of software
products that will benefit all elements of the
chain, from the utility to the locator in the
field. Want to know more? Contact us.

Alberta
Line Find now uses TelDig for its work |
|
|
Alberta
Line Find has an interesting mix of standard
locate and oil field work. They recently
implemented TelDig Utility and TelDig Mobile to
manage their operations. The plan is also to
develop a solution for the oil field work which
uses a specific GIS environment and requires a
different set of functionnalities.
TelDig's flexibility and support were key
factors in their decision.
