Greetings!

TELDIG is constantly upgrading its products and creating new ones to improve your operations and reduce your costs. In this newsletter, we are presenting some of our new developments and general opinions about our industry. Our R&D team works with the active involvement of our customers, preventing blind development of useless features and gadgets.

Regardless of size, TELDIG's technology can help you save money and improve operations. Partly owned by a gas utility, TELDIG understands the business and concerns for a safe and stable product. TELDIG covers the ticket's entire cycle with feedback: from the one call center to the locator in the field and back. TELDIG's new products now go beyond the damage prevention field.

TELDIG'S 2007 ONECALL USERS GROUP MEETING: ANOTHER GREAT ONE!

The 7th edition of the annual TELDIG OneCall Users Group meeting was held last January in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As always, the event was fruitful for all participants. The warm destination brought more customers and spouses than ever, with most of us hoping to escape winter for a while... From one-on-one meetings to group sessions and during the many social events, getting together benefited the overall quality and pertinence of the software as well as the building of bonds that are essential to good customer service. TELDIG's Director of Operations presented part of the software's next edition based on an entirely new architecture. TELDIG's development directions for 2007 were provided by the group for the 2007 update release. It was unanimously decided to hold next year's OneCall Users Group meeting in Florida again... what a surprise!

ALBERTA'S ALTAGAS MANAGES LOCATES WITH TELDIG

TELDIG continues to grow its presence in Alberta. Based near Edmonton, AltaGas Utilities recently implemented TELDIG Utility to manage locate requests throughout its operations. Here also, TELDIG Utility is interfaced with the GE Smallworld GIS software. AltaGas Utilities distributes natural gas to approximately 62,000 residential, rural and commercial customers in over 90 communities across Alberta. "TELDIG is proud to serve AltaGas Utilities by providing our software tools", mentioned Martin Johnson V-P Sales & Marketing. "We look forward to working closely with AltaGas Utilities to support them in the best way we can", he continued.

ADVANCED LOCATING IMPLEMENTS TELDIG UTILITY

Advanced Locating based in Calgary, Alberta recently decided to implement the TELDIG Utility Series to manage both one call and private locates. Advanced Locating will use TELDIG Utility in the office and TELDIG Mobile in the field for the automated ticket dispatch and billing as well as the drawing tool. Advanced Locating follows a number of locators in Alberta who have decided to use TELDIG's solutions for their operations.
