
TELDIG UTILITY USERS GROUP MEETING 2006
Four Points by Sheraton -
Mississauga, Ontario: In November of 2006, TELDIG decided to
replicate its OneCall Users Group formula for the TELDIG Utility user
community, this time from the east of the continent. A similar event was
previously organized in Quebec, with great success. Based on this event,
it was easy to determine that it would be the same for all users of the
ticket management software elsewhere. Like the OneCall Users Group, the
TELDIG Utility customers will be host to group and one-on-one sessions
to build the direction for product development and specific concerns &
needs.
TELDIG ONECALL USERS GROUP MEETING 2007
Embassy Suites Fort Lauderdale,
Florida: In January, 2007 will be held the seventh (7th)
edition of TELDIG OneCall's annual users group meeting. Again, through
group sessions with users, the event will dictate product development
direction for the upcoming year as well as address specific call center
issues and needs in one-on-one meetings. As always, the event promises
to be fruitful for all.
